What is a Folio Box?

The Folio Box is a photo presentation product consisting of Folio Prints (either Matted or Board Mounted) stored in a handcrafted Box. Optionally, you can upgrade your Folio Box with a USB drive (mini or regular stick) securely stored in a Box and covered with a matching material.

What is matte metal?

Matte is a term used in the field of pyrometallurgy given to the molten metal sulfide phases typically formed during smelting of copper, nickel, and other base metals.

What is the difference between matte and glossy metal?

A matte metal print will be different from a glossy or semi-gloss metal print in pretty much the same way. Glossy metal prints will be fairly highly reflective, while a matte print on metal won't be as shiny and will have an almost imperceptible texture to them.

Matte Prints

They are nice because they don't have a "shine" to them and therefore don't reflect a lot of light. They also don't show fingerprints like glossy and metallic prints do. Colors look nice, but not as nice as metallic colors.
